In 2023, Aquita started applying those skills to something new. She began building an online business while continuing to teach full time.
Her schedule demanded efficiency. Her business couldn’t require endless hours or a completely new plan every week.
So she learned to build systems, use AI strategically, and create work that could keep producing value after she finished creating it.
That thinking eventually became part of the foundation of Coaching That Clicks.

ROOM MOM.
Aquita spent her career in a classroom. She wanted more time in her daughter’s.
Aquita had spent decades showing up for the children she taught.
But as a mother, she wanted the freedom to show up more often during her own daughter’s school day too.
She wanted to be room mom. She wanted to go on field trips. She wanted to participate in the little school-day moments that are easy to miss when your job keeps you in another classroom.
At the same time, her parents were getting older. Being able to decide where her time went was becoming more important.
Less repeating. More systems. More time.
Aquita didn’t have unlimited hours to throw at an online business. So she became obsessed with making the hours she did have work harder.
AI became part of that. So did batching, automation, reusable systems, recurring revenue, and building assets that didn’t have to be recreated every week.
She was building a business that could keep working after she finished creating the thing.

She begins building her business while continuing to teach fifth grade full time.
