4 ingredients and 5 minutes are all you need.
You need:

  • 2 bags of peanut butter chips (I used Reese's)
  • 1 small can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 cup of Pure Maple Syrup
  • Sea salt (It's the ingredient that sets it off in your mouth)

Put all of the ingredients, except the sea salt, in a microwave-safe bowl.
Line a baking pan with foil or wax paper and lightly spray it with cooking spray.
Microwave the ingredients in 30-second intervals until it is warm enough to be mixed smooth.
Once it is mixed, (move quickly, it sets fast) pour it into the baking dish and spread it as evenly as you can.
After that, I like to take a toothpick and make swirls in the top because I think it makes it look more like peanut butter. (This is completely optional)
Sprinkle the top lightly with sea salt and then, you wait.

The nice part?

You only have to wait for about an hour. This fudge recipe sets up super fast.

Once it is set, cut it into squares, serve up and enjoy!

With all the cooking I do, I have never attempted fudge!!! Your fudge sounds so delicious I’m thinking I may have to give it a try 🙂

  22. This sounds delicious, the maple/peanut butter combo is making me hungry! I just bought a bunch of 50% off Xmas peanut butter cups too, this is fate!!!

  23. I have to admit, i suck at making PB fudge. Always. It has been just that one thing that I suck at making. I am not sure why, but I can never master any recipes. I will give this one a test and see if it isn’t the one that finally works for me 🙂
