  • Your favorite Texas style garlic toast
  • Pepperoni Slices
  • Shredded Italian Cheese blend
  • 1 Small Can of Tomato sauce

That's it! That is all you need to make these hearty pizza toasts!

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and then, cook your toast for 4 minutes. Take the toast out of the oven and turn it over.

Top each slice with about 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce.

Place 3 slices of pepperoni on each slice of toast.

  9. I’m a vegetarian and I live in Europe, so the pepperoni won’t work for me, and my chances of finding Texas toast are somewhere between slim and none, but I love this idea! I’ll have to adapt it to local ingredients… I have a feeling it will be very popular with my teenage stepson.
