I grew up spending the summers and weekends on our family's dairy farm, so I grew up with an understanding of how important and nutritious milk is. There was always milk on our table at meals and now, there is always milk in our shopping cart.
I don't think there is a day that goes by where we don't use milk. Whether it is on our cereal, in our mac and cheese or if we are just pouring a nice tall glass to drink!
I feel good about serving milk to my family, knowing that it is remarkably simple and contains just milk, vitamin A and vitamin D.

We love our milk and one of our favorite ways to have it, is in a milkshake! I wanted to share one of our favorite milkshakes with you. It is the Salted Caramel Pretzel Milkshake!
Here is what you need to make it:
2 scoops of vanilla bean ice cream
A mixture of crushed pretzels, brown sugar and sea salt. (set some aside for topping)
1 8oz glass of milk – (Did you know that one 8oz serving of milk has the nutrients you need and is a good source of protein?)
1/2 tbsp of Salted Caramel Syrup
Some whipped cream!
Here is how you make it:
Blend the ingredients together until smooth.
Pour it into a tall glass, top with whipped cream and remaining salted pretzel mix and enjoy!
